The project has a goal to provide housing for the homeless to protect them from physical and environmental hazards.
The technology of 3D printing for this project decided to apply to guide innovation in favour of socially vulnerable layers of the population, which are usually in the least feel their positive impact.
For this project, the Agency Fuseproject collaborates with non-governmental organization New Story, which stands for the global reduction of homelessness, and the developer ICON.
We are convinced that designers, builders and technological innovators can increase the design of housing, which would improve the lives of poor people around the world– argues the Bureau.
Designers worked hard to ensure that the project fits harmoniously into the local landscape and culture.
