Bashkortostan and Finland plans to expand mutually beneficial cooperation in the economic, social and humanitarian spheres. In particular, we are talking about deliveries in this country of the Bashkir honey and other local products in exchange for Finnish agriculture, the website Newsbash.ru.
This question was discussed yesterday in the government of the Republic, the acting head of Bashkiria and the Ambassador of Finland in Russia Mikko Hautala. At this meeting the head of the Republic said that Bashkortostan is ready to expand cooperation with the Northern country, namely, that the farmers of the Republic is ready to supply to Finland of its agricultural products. Instead, Bashkiria intends to acquire foreign equipment for farmers and to organize in the Republic centers on the Assembly and maintenance of Finnish agricultural machinery.
The Ambassador of Finland stressed that this idea of North country strongly support exactly the same as the purchase of Bashkiria multifunctional utility vehicles for municipalities and exchange of experience in the “trash reform”.
