Martynenko can sit for 12 years.
The former people’s Deputy Mykola Martynenko faces up to 12 years in prison, said the head of the Specialized anti-corruption prosecutors Nazar Golodnitsky.
“The crime is especially heinous. He faces up to 12 years,” he said.
Earlier Holodnitsky explained that Martynenko was detained for the embezzlement of Ukrainian state enterprise East GOK during postawko uranium concentrate from Kazakhstan.
