Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman believes that higher education should not be for everyone.
He said this during the celebrations on the occasion of Day of knowledge in the educational complex “Scrabble” in Kiev.
The Prime Minister noted that the labor market has a request for the footage, but the system of training of these personnel is not adapted to the market. In particular, he stated that in the country there is a shortage of skilled workers, but the current system of vocational education the majority cannot prepare competitive workers who understand modern manufacturing processes.
“It is not necessary for everyone to have higher education. I believe that not everyone can be a scientist and not everyone needs higher education,” he wrote, Groisman.
The Prime Minister added that the tradition about the presence of each diploma of higher education was formed in 90-e years.
Groysman stressed that at the moment the diploma is not an advantage, as it is important to have the knowledge and ability to realize itself in the real sector.
