Criminal dramedy “Three of a Billboard on the border of Ebbing, Missouri” acquired character posters. If you remember, just released our first trailer and our chief editor has already been foretold: it will be movie of the year. And I am ready to subscribe under these words.
Wrote and produced the story of Martin McDonaghnoted earlier, the film “lay low in Bruges” and “Seven psychopaths”, so you can see where such enthusiasm.
Synopsis:
A few months after the murder of his daughter Mildred Hayes criminals never found. Desperate woman decided to take a bold step of renting at the entrance of the city three of a Billboard with a message to the authoritative chief of police William Willoughby. When the situation becomes involved and another Deputy Sheriff, infantile Mama’s boy with a penchant for violence, officer Dixon, the struggle between Mildred and city authorities will only get worse.
Starring the gorgeous Richard McDormand, winner, think of all cinematic awards, including an Oscar for “Fargo.” In addition, the caste and the poster below you can see the tough guy woody Harrelson (“True detective”) and my pet Sam Rockwell (“confessions of a dangerous mind”). Also the film stars Caleb Landry Jones (“Away”), Peter Dinklage (“Game of Thrones”), John Hawkes (“Identification”) and other talented actors.
The picture has already bagged several prestigious awards: for best screenplay at the Venice film festival for female lead in Toronto, the audience award in San Sebastian and Hollywood Film Awards for the best male role of the second plan. And it’s probably still not all, because the journey of the film for festivals continues.
