In the Donbass in the Russian-terrorist troops fought many Chechens who do not even really know why and against whom they were sent to fight.
This was stated by the Hero of Ukraine, the underground Vladimir Pearls, visited the imprisoned militants, in an interview with OSA.
“Crime is the Russian occupation. Russian special forces without shoulder straps, Russian equipment unmarked… many times I have talked to the Russians,” he said.
The underground remembered the case that he especially remembered: “somehow in 2014 under the Lugansk airport were Chechens. There is a village of Novohannivka. They put five 120’s and mortars shot at the airport with the Ukrainian military. Chechen battalion was covered by the village, and – interestingly — when the Ukrainian military was responsible, the local said: “Ukraine shelling”, and the Chechens is not abused.”
According to Zhemchugova, local people came to the Chechens, and they came to the Novoannovka. Changed Russian stew that they are tired of home food.
“So I came under the guise of a local resident. The Chechens were older vacationing near boxes of ammunition. And on the path, which was a detachment, stood a young hour. I struck up a conversation: “Thank you for coming to protect us”, offered a cigarette. And he asked me: “Who are Bandera, whom are we fighting?”. I said, “I don’t know how to explain to you, you’re from Chechnya… Well, you know who the Dudayev?”. And then there was silence… Dead silence. Hour blushed, thinking. The officer heard — dropped the paper, jumped up, started screaming. And then a Chechen said to me, “Then the protected object, leave.” So the comparison they did not like” – he said.
