There are my reasons.
Perhaps this is the dream of every traveler is to find on the ground area, on which tourists do not tread thoroughly. And, apparently, there are places.
According to the world tourism organization (UNWTO), in 2016, the island is a Paradise in the South Pacific ocean — Tuvalu — was visited by only a thousand people! Thus, the state of Tuvalu, which are the perfect beaches, the turquoise depths, low crime rate and terrorist threats, has become the most unpopular among tourists.

Third place in the unpopularity of Sao Tome and Principe. Is an island nation in Central Africa in 2016 was visited by 8000 visitors. Followed by Montserrat — British overseas territory located on the same island, part of the lesser Antilles archipelago. Got there just 9000 tourists.
The top five closes of the African state of Comoros (24 000 visitors). The top ten ranking also got Djibouti (Africa), San Marino (Europe), East Timor (Asia), Liechtenstein (Europe) and Sierra Leone (Africa).
