Journalist and blogger Nikita Sinitsyn, citing its sources in “DNR” said that the so-called “Minister of revenues and duties DND” Alexander Timofeev (Tashkent) intends to introduce excise duty on the importation of drugs.
The reason for this step, according to him, became commonplace “lobby” manufacturers and importers of alcoholic beverages in the self-proclaimed “DNR”.
