The driver lost control of the car.
Yesterday, may 20, 2017, around 3:00 in the village Borovoye (Rivne region), the BMW car involved in an accident, resulting in on the spot of the accident killed 17-year-old passenger.
About it reported in a press-service of GUNP Ukraine in Rovenskoy region.
According to law enforcement officers they received information about dorozhno-transport incident in which result one person was killed and another injured.
“At the scene police found that 19-year-old local resident, the driver of the BMW car, together with his 17-year-old villager was moving in the street of the village. On the rounded-off site of the road the driver lost control, went beyond the roadway with the subsequent arrival on the wooden fence and roadside tree that led to the overturning of the car. The accident killed a juvenile passenger and the driver received injuries”,- told the press service.
Filed fact pre-judicial investigation as regards 2 articles 286 (violation of the rules of traffic safety, entailed death of the victim) the Criminal code of Ukraine.
