The accident occurred Tuesday around 12:30 in Uzyn, bila Tserkva district. At the intersection of Kochanki – Freedom 28-year-old driver of the truck “VOLVO” has made arrival on the local resident who was riding a Bicycle.
Emergency doctors who arrived on a call, diagnosed the 49-year-old victim closed cherepno-a brain trauma, brain concussion, fracture of the skull base and the condition of alcoholic intoxication. Information on this fact brought in the Unified register of pre-judicial investigations as regards 1 article 286 of the Criminal code of Ukraine (Violation of rules of traffic safety or transport operation by the person driving the vehicle, which caused moderate bodily injury).
