Hacker attack on Ukraine was carried out through a program for reporting and workflow M.E.doc. This is stated in the message of Department of Police of National police of Ukraine in Facebook.
“At the moment it is known that viral attack on Ukrainian companies has arisen due to the program “M.E.doc.” (Software for reporting and workflow),” – said in Kiev.
It is also known that the software has a built in feature updates, and hacker attack started after the update at 10:30, the amount of which was approximately 333 KB.
