Russia’s representative at the talks in Minsk made a statement.
One of the main factors that will direct the conflict in the Donbass on the settlement is the restoration of infrastructure of Donbass. This was stated by Boris Gryzlov at the talks in Minsk.
“The experience of recent months has clearly proved to provide some “absolute safety” are not simultaneously creating conditions for building a stable, peaceful life is impossible,” – said Gryzlov.
According to the representative of the Russian Federation, in the framework of the economic sub-group discussed the issues related to restoration of infrastructure and livelihoods of Donbass.
“Work is under way to establish a stable water supply in Luhansk region,” – said Gryzlov.
However, he added that he began to act and the mechanism of payment by the residents of certain districts of Luhansk region for the service of water supply.
As stated Gryzlov, the agreements on withdrawal of heavy weapons demonstrate that when there is a political will to resolve even the thorniest issues.
“I am convinced that the same will on the part of the authorities in Kiev and in order to solve political tasks contained in the Complex of measures on implementation of Minsk agreements”, – said Gryzlov.
