Groisman explained, what will medifarma in Ukraine

The Prime Minister said that currently the health system in Ukraine is in decline.

Medifarma will not lead to a decrease in the number of medical institutions, and its result will be changes in health care financing, changes in the quality of service provision and remuneration of doctors.

About it on air of TV channel “1+1” said the Prime Minister of Ukraine Vladimir Groisman.

“I assure you, hospitals will not be less, FAPs will be even more. And they will be provided with all necessary. Need to bring order to rural medicine, emergency medicine. We will go local things globally and to change the system,” – said Groisman.

“We will begin to Finance the walls of hospitals, not empty beds and to Fund a particular medical service. Thus, we increase the efficiency of use of funds and direct funds for the life and health of people”, – said the Prime Minister.

According to him, reform Ukraine late for 26 years, and that is why the healthcare system is in decline. And the horrors on the future reforms are being spread by those “who are satisfied with the current state of Affairs in the medical field”.

The head of government stressed that to achieve the goals will need “several years of serious hard work.”

“We carefully and seriously will implement changes,” he said.

While Groysman reminded that will continue the program “Affordable medicine” to work on the construction of a network of cardiac centres.
