Ukraine will need three to five years and tens of billions.
To fully refuse from anthracite coal, Ukraine will need three to five years and 15 billion of investment per year. This was stated by Prime Minister Vladimir Groisman during a meeting of the government.
“In order to modernize and to abandon this brand of coal, switch to gas group produced in the territories under their control, we need 3-5 years and annual investment of not less than 15 billion UAH”, – he said.
We will remind, the Ministry of energy and coal industry of Ukraine initiates the introduction of a state of emergency in the energy sector in connection with the termination of deliveries of anthracite coal with uncontrolled territories in Donbas.
