Prime Minister of Ukraine Volodymyr Groysman said that price increases in connection with increase of pensions, while not intended to.
“I do not see any prerequisites to that something will grow. We had the growth of vegetables, fruits, as the country did not have sufficient harvest. All the experts say that yields and therefore prices have risen. The prices went up because we started to be a exporting country, began our food to sell abroad for foreign currency”, – he stressed.
According to him, it is important to restore the production capacity within the country.
“So I’m in 2018 as the price of looking absolutely optimistic than it was in 2017,” he says.
