Greece refused to extradite fugitive Turkish military

Греция отказалась выдавать Турции беглых военныхThe decision of the Greek court in the case of asylum seekers of Turkish soldiers is final and not appealable.

The Supreme court of Greece ruled against the extradition of eight Turkish soldiers, which the Turkish government accuses of involvement in the attempted coup in July last year.

Against granting the military were senior prosecutors. The court’s decision is final and cannot be appealed.
