In Desnyanskiy district of Kiev, passers-by noticed the elderly woman who famously performed exercises sports equipment.
Training photos were published by users survey team leader “Troyeshchyna VC.”
The images show how the pensioner did force on the muscles of the arms, chest and legs, which is atypical for women her age.
Internet users praised the sports zeal of his grandmother.
“A real woman, even to workout in a skirt,” wrote Snezhana Rashkovsky.
Other readers joked that the grandmother, apparently, was done on the advice of a doctor or because you took her favorite bench.
“Or she’s preparing for a trip in a transport at 7 in the morning,” wrote Alex Senko.
Internet users said that the grandmother of the athlete can be a good example for many young people, who day spend time near computers and drink alcoholic drinks instead of healthy lifestyle.
