In the Internet appeared the record on which is recorded the controversial orders of representatives of law enforcement agencies.
The Department of special investigations of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine has published the recording of intercepted in 2016 telephone conversations of the defendants in the cases on the crimes of the security forces during mass protests in Kiev in winter 2013-2014.
Some of the defendants continue to work in the leadership of power structures, and audio recordings are audible signs of crimes, including forgery, according to the material.
The first entry is the conversation of Vladimir Hrinak, suspected of coordinating the assault on the Maidan on 18 February 2014 and a number of other cases with Igor Babich – new suspect in this production. Hrinak was instructed Babich to forge documents and assured that they will sign other people.
On the record sound the name of Yuri Allegrova – chief of the national guard, which Hrinak manages to issue a permit for the sale of arms, which after the purchase was not registered.
Vladimir Hrinak during the Maidan, he was Deputy head of the Department of public safety of the Ministry of internal Affairs, and Babich is his subordinate. Now Hrinak works in the Office of public safety the national guard. Babich directs the Department of preventive activities of the National police, in particular in charge of the licences.
On the second audio Hrinak says the unknown that is going to take away the permission to Musienko, head of the Department on reforming the SBU. According to the procedure Musienko have to get my permission himself, instead he could only take a person who has a notarized power of attorney, which Hrinak was not.
The third audio Hrinak agrees with the head of foreign intelligence Service Viktor Hvozd, which will give final approval for the weapon that he has on his hands, obviously without a valid permit.
We will remind, on 29 September, the Prosecutor General’s office reported about suspicion to the 3 former officials of the interior Ministry in the crimes against Maidan activists. Two of the officials currently in leadership positions in the National police. The court refused to consider election of a measure of restraint.
