The man who was shot, tried to disappear from militiamen and to get rid of weapons, however, a strong alcoholic intoxication was prevented from doing so. Police detained the “arrow”, this was a man born in 1981, STALKER with a gun. At the scene found shells from bullets, cartridge and three holes in the door from the shots.
