The people’s Deputy from BPP Alexey Goncharenko told the details of the special operation of the Ukrainian security Service to apprehend the attackers, who were planning to kidnap and to inflict bodily harm.

“I was in a safe place. My health was not threatened. Just spent half a day without a phone in a closed room under the supervision of SBU. I have a lot of happiness, today I see the sun and at me very good mood. I am happy that I can safely come to work, work. I am healthy, alive and I am very grateful for this SBU and Prosecutor’s office. It was a very serious security operation, unprecedented in Ukraine, and was performed at the highest level. There everything is documented,” he said.
Thus Goncharenko noted that he did not know Alexander Kushnarev, a Deputy of the Limanskiy district Council, which was called the organizer of his abduction.
“I don’t know that Mr Alexander Kushnarev, never in my life have not seen him. I don’t have any protection. You can see that I never use protection. I was taken back by the SBU, so I was not afraid… I think they needed a public figure in Odessa, which is pretty well known around the country. They must think of me that way. Secondly, I hear all the time threats from Russian television, from the commanders of the “DNR”, they record a video where they say that will never forgive me my part in the events of 2014,” he added.
