Today Alvarez in Las Vegas by unanimous decision (three times 120:109) beat Julio Cesar Chavez Jr., who was the last obstacle on the way to one of the most anticipated fights in recent years.
After the battle Alvarez-Chavez came out to the ring king of the Middleweight Gennady Golovkin to officially confirm the fight with Soulem. The fight Golovkin-Alvarez will be held on September 16 in Las Vegas, and at stake will stand the title of four Kazakh Middleweight.
Gennady Golovkin: “of Course, Canelo will be the biggest challenge in my career. Good luck to him in September. I liked the performance of Alvarez against Chavez, but in September everything will be different – a big drama show.”
Saul Alvarez: “Gennady, you’re next. The battle to be. The fight with Golovkin will demonstrate my strengths. I have had difficult encounters – the upcoming fight without any doubt will also be difficult”.
Gennady Golovkin won 37 victories on a professional ring, and 33% ahead of schedule completed their fights. Soulja Alvarez one defeat, with 49 victories.
