Ukrainian girl Valeriya Tischenko won the prestigious international contest of young scientists Intel International Science and Engineering Fair fourth place. She presented the project “Production of electricity using waves on the surface of the water” in “Energy”section.
The project of the Ukrainian allows to produce electricity, using the principles of electromagnetic induction, transfers “Mirror of week”.
Valery Tishchenko is studying in the tenth grade, Kherson physical-technical Lyceum. Previously, she was a finalist in the national qualifying contest “Intel Techno Ukraine”.
World scientific and engineering achievements of pupils Intel ISEF was held in Los Angeles, USA. Every year the event is attended by over 1700 participants from more than 75 countries. More than two dozen Nobel laureates and two winners of the fields medal at the time, were the winners of this contest.
