The former “defense Minister DNR” Igor Girkin (Shooters) stated that the “republics” of Donbass against Ukraine are not fighting “militia”, and so ” – called regular army.”
He said this in an interview with ROY TV, a short clip is posted to YouTube by a user named Nadezhda Lyakh.
“There is no longer a “militia”… It is a contract. They are for their 15 thousand, that there is very good money, if need be, their own people will shoot. There is a contingent number of units… There are enough people who do not care at all. And it’s not “the militia”. Stress. Militias are no more. This so-called regular army,” – said Girkin.
