The people’s Deputy Anton Gerashchenko, who is an adviser to the Minister of internal Affairs, explained why the police now does not “drastic action” regarding the arrest of the leader of the “Movement of new forces” of Mikheil Saakashvili.

About this Gerashchenko told reporters on Thursday morning in the Parliament.

According to the Advisor Avakov, the police do not take “drastic action” to arrest Saakashvili, to avoid bloodshed.

Saakashvili is wanted. He surrounded himself with militants. The police did not make any drastic action, to avoid bloodshed, because the greatest desire of Saakashvili, Sakvarelidze and the other is to shed a lot of blood in order to say that we are beaten. We gave them these options, – said Gerashchenko.

He assured that the police know what Saakashvili is now in the camp under the Parliament.

According to Gerashchenko, Saakashvili for the second time tried to break into the hotel “Kiev”, “going to wash up somewhere, someone in the room, but today he was not allowed”.
