In Kiev the driver of the car Mini Cooper parked vehicle in the middle of the roadway.
This was written by members of the survey team leader “Overheard in Holosievo.”
The photo shows how the car is in an extreme right strip intended for movement of routeing vehicles.
Users of the social network suggested that either the driver thus evinces their protest (the car defiantly parked near the sign), or absolutely not familiar with the rules of the road.
