Nautilus Eco-Resort – the concept of eco hotel.
Belgian architect Vincent Callebaut (Vincent Callebaut) is known for his futuristic designs. This time he introduced the concept of eco-hotels in the Philippines, the building of which will rotate, generating energy.
Nautilus Eco-Resort will be a spiral of 12 residential units of different heights, installed on telescopic stilts. The building will be able to rotate around its axis 360 degrees. This will allow photovoltaic panels to generate solar energy throughout daylight hours. The architect claims that such a decision will provide the residential complex with electricity 100% without the need to use energy sources from the outside.
Besides the sun, the eco-friendly will use the energy of water through huge turbines. Excess energy will be sent to the nearby Islands.
In addition to the spiral towers in the territory of the Nautilus Eco-Resort will be built several residential halls. The center will erect a building of natural wood. The roof will cover organic gardens and raised beds for vegetables. Inside the building, vacationers can swim in the water Park, visiting the science lab, kindergarten, sports hall.
