Women with “forms” continue to break stereotypes. Gradually, the standards of beauty vary around the world and contests the title of the various “miss” more often participate and win a fat girl whose parameters do not fit in the usual 90h60h90.
Not so long ago a number of leading fashion houses of the world, including Gucci and Christian Dior, has decided to abandon the screenings, which involve too skinny models with a weight below normal. On the catwalks often appear of the collection where women’s clothes large sizes. And full ladies everywhere become more self-confident, changing the conventional trends.
This trend is reflected in Ukraine. So, Victoria from Kiev Selco first among our compatriots will become a participant of the Miss World contest Plus Size. In this event, which will be held this year in Singapore, are competing models with a curvaceous figure, so-called plus size sizes. Ukraine takes part in it for the first time in its history.
The contestant is no stranger to the fashion business: Victoria has experience of the model shows. According to the girl, the usual model parameters have changed her after the birth. Long attempts to get back in shape a perfect result is not given, and Victoria decided to love myself in a new way, what it is today. The competition in Singapore will be another way to prove to themselves and others that the charm, beauty and charm — it’s not necessarily the thinness and standard forms, and the inner confidence in her power, regardless of body size.
Especially among traditional stages of the contest, including the swimsuit, the girls will compete in arts of singing and in the intellectual arena. Ukrainian participant, who before leaving gave a press conference in one of the domestic agencies, hopes to show their best side. This will certainly help not only modelling experience in the past, but also received five (!) higher education and career police: today, Victoria works in the police of Kiev in the position of Lieutenant. In any case, assertiveness and responsibility it to take is not necessary, so we will wait for the results of the competition and work together to change the perception of beauty, which is different
