The judge Chaus was in the international wanted list and was hiding from the investigation and trial.
In Moldova at the request of the General Prosecutor of Ukraine detained the fugitive judge Nicholas Chaus, said the speaker of the public Prosecutor Larisa Sargan.
“The judge Chaus, who tried to abscond arrested by employees of Prosecutor’s office of Moldova at the request of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine initiated by the NAB”, – she said in Facebook.
According to her, after extradition check Chaus is expected in Ukraine.
