As for the resident of Ivano-Frankivsk region, he was detained by border guards of the FSB of Russia for illegally crossing the border. Russian secret services blackmail and threats forced the man to agree to cooperate. However, after returning home, the Ukrainian said in the SBU contacts with the FSB.
It is noted that both men on the basis of part 2 of article 111 of the Criminal code of Ukraine are exempted from criminal liability.
“Judges took into account that citizens in the execution of a criminal of the task of the foreign state no action is made, and voluntarily told the police officers about his links with foreign organizations and their representatives”, – reported in SBU.
