The head of Russia’s Federal Security Service (FSB) Aleksandr Bortnikov has informed President Vladimir Putin that eleven suspects have been detained in connection with the attack on Crocus City Hall, RIA-Novosti has reported, citing the Kremlin.
Those arrested include “all four terrorists directly involved” in the attack on the concert hall outside Moscow, Bortnikov told the head of state, according to the report.
