From weapons and money to the syrup – a thief took everything

Repeatedly convicted for various crimes, a man specialized in burglaries.

From August to November 2016 he committed three burglaries. The list of stolen items is quite extensive. It’s money, jewelry, appliances, hunting rifle, dozens of items of clothing and shoes, the list got stolen even a wooden box, a bottle of raspberry syrup and bills for utilities.

The damage for each episode amounted to tens of thousands of hryvnia. A total of three apartments, the thief took the property for the sum more than 140 thousand UAH.

On the court, he completely denied his guilt and refused to testify. However, the items found during the search at his place of residence, the testimony of the witness, where he gave the stolen shoes, and the findings of numerous examinations has convinced the court of the guilt of the offender. He received four years of imprisonment.
