From the Bank of Yanukovych’s son wanted to withdraw more than UAH 100 million

The Pechersky court managed to block the bill at the request of the Prosecutor General.

On Bank accounts of Globus were 100,64 million, the actual owner of which is the son ex-the President Alexander Yanukovych. This is evidenced by the ruling of the Pechersk court of Kyiv on 8 February, published February 20. At the request of the Prosecutor General, the court froze the funds.

January 19 scfm recorded that officials of the “all-Ukrainian development Bank”, which was the owner of Alexander Yanukovych, listed 100,64 million UAH in the Bank “Globus”.

After this an attempt was made to withdraw these funds from the accounts at the Globe.

Technically the funds were on Deposit accounts of employees of “all Ukrainian development Bank”.

However, in the GPU argue that the actual owner of the money is Alexander Yanukovych. And Bank employees, whose names accounts, had no legal income, which would correspond to the volume of deposits.

According to the Prosecutor, the Bank of Yanukovych in 2011 “with the purpose of legalization of proceeds of crime, has created an organized group with the participation of Bank employees”. To disguise the origin of money, the Bank staff put them on their Deposit accounts, concluding contracts of loan of these funds to a citizen Yashar by Chagaevym.
