In Kiev Dniprovskiy district court was sentenced to 13 months in prison a resident of the capital, which was detained by police officers while trying to steal underwear from the store.

It is reported that over the past two years, the mother of two young children was detained three times by law enforcement for similar crimes. After the first incident, a criminal was brought before the court, but took pity on her and sentenced only to conditional imprisonment.
The intruder hid several sets of underwear, worth more than a thousand hryvnia from the display into the bag. She went to the door of the store, but was detained by a security guard.
The woman admitted his guilt and explained his actions by lack of money.
With regard to all the circumstances, the court found the girl guilty of committing a criminal offense under part 2 of article 15, part 2 of article 185 (attempted theft) of the Criminal code of Ukraine, partially connecting previously unserved part of the previous sentence.
