Has something vintage charm in old posters of horror movies. If today the vast majority of them are created using photoshop and a blueprint, using a number of templates, in the old days, almost every poster was a kind of work of art. Okay, at Warhol’s posters, too, enough, and look modern samples are often cooler, but… Yes, there are old a charm.
The film “Friday the 13th” 1980, also had its interesting and memorable poster created by the artist Alex Belem and designer Spiros Angelicism. It was a gloomy disturbing painting that gave the film even more flavor. Bearing in mind that the first film relied more on suspense than violence and terror, and could boast of an unexpected plot twist in the spirit of Hitchcock, a mysterious poster was more than appropriate.
Now the artist Robert Heckmann decided to have some fun and create a poster of “Nightmare on elm street” in 1984 in the spirit of the first “Friday”. Came curious and stylish.
