Four MPs have never appeared in BP in six months

65 meetings of the sixth session were deputies ignored.

Four people’s deputies of Ukraine are not systematically attended the meeting of the sixth session of the Verkhovna Rada.

According to a written record, ten MPs attended the fewest meetings. Among them:

1. Evgeny Bakulin (“Opposition bloc”) – no meeting;

2. Dmitry Dobkin (“the Opposition bloc”) – no meeting;

3. Sergey Klyuev (independent) – no meeting;

4. Alexander Onishchenko (independent) – no meeting;

5. Dmitry Yarosh (independent) – called for only two sessions;

6. Semen Semenchenko (“Samopomich”) – called for three meetings;

7. Vyacheslav Boguslayev (“will of the people”) – attended four meetings;

8. Mikhail Dobkin (“the Opposition bloc”) – attended five meetings;

9. Konstantin Zhevago (independent) – attended nine meetings;

10. Andriy Biletsky (individual) – visited nine meetings.

However, information on the visit, according to written and electronic registration is significantly different. KIA noted that, for example, Dmytro Dobkin, who last written register did not attend a single meeting of Parliament, at the end of the email was present on 42 of them. A similar situation with the MP Semenchenko, who according to the electronic registration was 22 sessions. Situation is similar and Mikhail Dobkin with Konstantin Zhevago.

“In addition to the writing Desk in the Parliament there is also a mechanism of electronic registration, and often data may not match. However, written registration is decisive. First, it is often possible to observe how the number of deputies to not only vote by proxy card, but register their fellow parliamentarians, while they are not physically present in the room under the dome. Secondly, it is written data, not the electronic registration, according to the Regulations of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine, is the basis for calculating payments for MP, so they should be considered in the first place”, – said the head of CVU Alexey Purse.

We will remind, in June, 11 plenary meetings of the Verkhovna Rada, which on average were registered 351 of 422 people’s deputies.

According to the Committee of voters of Ukraine, the best attended meeting of the Parliament deputies, “Radical party” of Oleh Lyashko and “popular front”, the worst of all – “the will of the people” and “Opposition bloc”.
