Plots with an area of 65.1 hectares, with a total value of over 1.4 bln. can be included in the boundaries of the landscape reserve of local importance “Zhukov Island”.
The Prosecutor General’s office of Ukraine reported about suspicion in abuse of official position, the former Deputy Chairman of the KCSA – chief of the land resources.
“The former official suspected that he deliberately, with the aim of obtaining illegal benefit for the legal entity, in violation of the current legislation, without adequate study and specify the existing constraints, abusing his official position, arbitrarily agreed on the transfer of property of the merchant cooperative housing cooperative “Cosmist” for construction land,” the message reads.
