After receiving international recognition for his photographs of dogs and horses in projects titled “Gods dogs” and “Equus” in London photographer Tim Flach turned his attention to more exotic creatures.
His latest project is called “More than human” is a series of Studio portraits of various wild animals, from various monkeys to besirevic specially grown chickens.
Despite the fact that the photographer was taking pictures of different animal species, Tim Flach refers to his players models with such attention that we begin to read their poses and gestures are exactly the same as if reading the body language of a human figure, face and hands.
We are irresistibly involved in the picture and suddenly meet eyes with a curious kindred species whose behavior is not different from ours. The photographer uses various techniques to create comfortable conditions for their models, so they quietly felt in his Studio.
Including maintaining temperature at the right level, the music playing in the background, as well as during shooting nearby trainers.
