Law enforcement officers are asked to increase the punishment for fraud and hope to create a single register machines
The interior Ministry of Ukraine want to translate into the online mode providing a basic package of services such as vehicle registration and driver’s licence.
In addition, the Agency called for the introduction of the punishment in relation to car owners, who deliberately wind back speedometers of cars with mileage. This was stated by the head of the main service centre of the Ministry of internal Affairs of Ukraine Vladislav Crickley.
Crickley noted that cars with mileage 100 thousand kilometers and 300 thousand kilometers are completely different cost and otmuchivanie speedometer automatically increases the price of a car for a few thousand dollars. In his opinion, such manipulations can be equated with fraud.
The plans of law enforcement – establishment of a unified database of vehicles, which will allow the buyer to see the real story of the purchased car. Quite often the negligent seller claims to be the first owner of the car to profitably sell the vehicle. In fact, the car before him visited the property and its cost must be much lower.
In base, say in the interior Ministry, the buyer will not have to spend money to hold an expensive diagnosis – only need to study the history of the vehicle online and check the seller says the truth or lying.
The main service center of the Ministry of interior of Ukraine has already started to collect data about the actual mileage of each car, as very often speedometers of the cars sold otmelivaetsja with the aim of increasing the value of the vehicle.
