The Cabinet approved the new rules.
The government adopted the decision on offences that may deprive the soldiers of the ATO preferential status.
So, for example, to deprive of the status of the participant of military actions in the presence of conviction by a court for committing of deliberate serious crime, the detection of the fact of providing false information about participation in the ATO or personal statement.
Amendments to resolution of Cabinet of Ministers of August 20, 2014 No. 413.
“Changes made by the decree of Cabinet of Ministers of October 18, 2017 No. 789, provide the possibility of deprivation of the status of combatant persons who participated in the antiterrorist operation in the presence of a judgment of conviction for a person committing an intentional grave crime, the detection of the fact of providing false information on the part in the ATO or the personal statement of the person”, – stated in the message.
Also the regulation on the Unified state automated register of persons entitled to benefits, as amended for inclusion in the registry of relevant information on the loss of rights to benefits.
