For seven years, Ukraine has closed more than three thousand schools

Now with less than 17 thousand schools.

The number of day General schools decreased by 3 362 728 to 16 schools in 2010.

This is stated in the message of the Ministry of education and science.

In particular, in the 2010/2011 academic year, there were 20 090 schools, 2011/2012 – 19 686 schools, 2012/2013 – 19 497 schools in 2013/2014 – 19 126 schools 2014/2015 – 17 459 schools in 2015/2016 – 17 201 of the school in 2016/2017 – 16 728 schools.
