A decoction of the root of elecampane
Pour 1 tbsp. of chopped root elecampane rhizome 200 ml of boiling water, steamed in a water bath for 15-20 minutes, cool, squeeze and strain. Dilute with boiled water to the original volume. Take 70 ml 2-3 times a day 1 hour before meals. A decoction of elecampane is a good General tonic.

A decoction of the roots of marsh cinquefoil
Pour 1 teaspoon roots of cinquefoil 200 ml of boiling water, steamed in a water bath, infuse, strain. Take 60-70 ml 3 times a day 30 minutes before meals.
