It turns out that some foods have a detrimental effect on the pancreas.

Therefore, doctors strongly recommend to spare the digestive system, and in particular the pancreas, excessive negative impacts.

In order to make it easier for people to understand this issue, experts are divided harmful for the pancreas products in five categories
1. Sweets. One of the main functions of the pancreas is insulin production. 5. Spices. Is particularly harmful the pungent spices, because they irritate the stomach wall and pancreas, leading to the development of the inflammatory process, often flowing into pancreatitis.
Doctors recommend or even abandon these categories of products or to reduce their consumption to a minimum.
