New “Putin” payment of 10 thousand rubles to families with children up to 16 years will have to come at the expense of the Russians on the morning of 1 July, the last day of voting on amendments to the Constitution of the Russian Federation. The meeting is held remotely, the Chairman of the Board of the Pension Fund of Russia Maxim Topilin. He said that all preparatory work on a new payment needs to be completed by the end of the day on Sunday (June 28). According to him, the work will involve the Federal Treasury and the largest banks — Sberbank and VTB.
“While you have to prepare the appointment and payment deadlines on the 30 th day, — said Topilin. — I don’t think I need to explain live why the 30 th day. You know that we will be the first day of [July]. What event is happening in the country first”.
“We are prepared to pay first, for cooperation with the Treasury and banks. […] But we never say that we first paid a lot. We say that we pay and pay. Why July 1 is so important
