Fitch has improved its assessment of economic growth in some countries.
International rating Agency Fitch improved the Outlook of global economic growth in 2018 to 3.3% expected in October to 3.1%, and in 2019 – to 3.2% from 3%.
“Global economic growth is on the rise: the USA, the Eurozone and China will grow much faster in 2018 than expected. The pace of global economic growth will remain above 3% until 2019, for three years in a row, that hasn’t happened since the mid 2000-ies,” – said in the report.
Fitch has also improved its assessment of US economic growth in 2018 and 2019, by 0.2 percentage points and 0.3 percentage points respectively.
The growth rate of GDP is expected to amount to 2.7% this year and next year to 2.5%.
The Agency also improved the growth forecast for the Eurozone economy in 2018-2019 by 0.3 PP and 0.1 PP, to 2.5% and 1.8% respectively.
