The Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine Yevhen Yenin convinced that the return of businessman Dmitry Firtash in the near future in Ukraine is impossible.
He told this in an interview with Insider. In his opinion, the return of the oligarch Firsat may not be considered. “Today, tomorrow, day after tomorrow is unrealistic. The issue of Firtash’s arrival to Ukraine is not that hypothetical — today, I would have considered it as unrealistic,” said ENIN.
Firtash wanted by United States, but the European warrant issued in Spain: in case of rejection of a single request, starts processing of the request of another country in order of priority.
He also told how Ukraine to cooperate with other countries in the process of obtaining evidence in the case of the oligarch, in particular, businessman Hares Youssef, who was managing his cash flows.
A year ago, was the visit enough many of the Spanish delegation to us. A few months ago, we were with the attorney General, in Spain, discussed further cooperation in this direction.
