First look at Russian manga “Tagar”

Thought that manga is only Japanese? But no, there is in our area authors working in this direction. To see this offers comic publishing house “Bubble”, responsible for such projects as “Monk”, “Betaboy” and “Major Grom”. Imprint publishers (“BUBBLE Visions”) is preparing to release the Russian first volume of the manga under the name “Tagar”. We are waiting for an apocalyptic story, authentic reading from right to left, and a stylish monochrome pattern.

About the plot:

A mysterious cataclysm has forever changed the world, and now people live in constant anticipation of disaster. But what is the problem? What higher power decided to punish mankind? Knows the answer a young man named Kuno, the epicentre of the very first crash. In his hands the key to unlocking the secret that he long ago forgot. Now he will have to remember who he really is, and face to face to face with powerful beings that want to destroy humanity.

The writer of “Tagara” was made by Anna Sergeeva, the illustrations were engaged in Marina Privalova. In the book of 184 pages, including 20 bonus – with additional material. In addition, the creators have provided special edition with exclusive cover art, a gift which will go to two themed cards from the artist Privalova.

We got both the cover and a few pages of the manga. It is possible to estimate future publishing now. One thing is clear immediately: there will be many, many crows.

The book will be on sale at the festival of Comic Con Russia in 2017, which will be held in Moscow from 28 September to 1 October. The event will take place in Crocus Expo, and if you suddenly decide to look back, will be able not only to buy the first volume of “Tagara”, but also to communicate with the creators of the manga. However, not only with them, because the festival is expected a bunch of interesting things. But that’s another story.
