Before the village of Combs Mazda car flew into the oncoming lane, collided with a Mercedes car, and after hitting flew over.
The driver of the Mazda was allegedly in a condition of narcotic intoxication. The car overturned, 29-year-old girl was thrown, and it hit a concrete block.
The driver died on the spot. In the car they found a bag of white powder.
