Well-known Russian artist in new caricature ridiculed the mass evacuation of people in various cities of Russia “mining”.
According to the Russian media, 13 cities and 22 thousand Russians become victims of “miners” at the weekend. For 16 and 17 September in operational service received an anonymous message with a bomb threat 73 objects.
The artist has depicted the Trinity tower of the Moscow Kremlin, on which is mounted a loudspeaker, from which came the warning about the mining and the mass evacuation of the whole of Russia.
