Housing prices in older homes has increased.
Housing in new buildings during the year increased by 4.1%.
This is evidenced by the price index for housing (for the corresponding period of the previous year) published by the State statistics service of Ukraine.
In the secondary market, the price index for housing in the first or second quarter of 2017, respectively, over the same period last year, increased by 4.5%.
If we talk about the room, in the primary market, prices for one-bedroom apartments (price index grew by 6.6%), and in the secondary – one (10.3 per cent).
We will remind, experts believe that housing in the primary market will be cheaper, because the price of some of the objects are almost at cost. Therefore, today the best time to invest in housing in order to improve their living conditions and in order to save money, especially in conditions of instability of the banking system.
Special attention, experts advise to pay for housing in new buildings, built reliable developers with experience in many projects.
