In the presidential election in the unrecognized Pridnestrovian Moldavian Republic with the most votes is the leader, the speaker of the local Parliament.
The speaker of Parliament, ex-Minister of internal Affairs of the unrecognized Transnistrian Moldovan Republic Vadim Krasnoselsky ahead of rivals in the presidential elections, reports 112.ua.
These are the findings of the exit poll VTSIOM, published on the website of the centre.
According to these data, V. Krasnoselskaya voted 69.8% and for the incumbent President of Transnistria Yevgeny Shevchuk was 18.8%.
The leader of the Communists Oleg Horjan gained 3.3%, the former Chairman of the constitutional court Vladimir Grigoriev is 0.5, the acting Prosecutor of the Republic Alexander deli – 0.5 and jobless inhabitant of Tiraspol suburb – village Sukleya Irina Vasilachi was 0.7. All voted against 6.4 per cent.
According to the polls, the turnout was 52%.
The survey was conducted at 100 polling stations in Transnistria on the territory of five districts and two cities of Republican subordination by request of TV company IMA. We surveyed a total of 11 thousand 278 people. Answered questions 48.7% of the respondents. Refused to answer 51.3% of respondents.
